What can I expect at an appointment?
When you arrive at FOCOS, you would be directed to the Clinic Desk to register or sign in and have a vitals check before being seen by a doctor. We will examine you as quickly as possible – average waiting time is 15 minutes.
What happens if I am a new patient?
We would ask you a few questions about your medical history to help us register you and book an appointment for you to see the doctor. A thorough examination will then follow when you see the doctor. Please bring along any current medical investigation reports you may have.
Is there credit/debit card payment facility available? Also, do you accept foreign currency?
Yes, we accept VISA, GHLink and MasterCard credit/debit cards. We accept US dollars at an approved exchange rate of the Hospital. We also accept mobile money payments.
Do you have diagnostic facilities?
Yes. We deliver a range of Laboratory and Radiological Services including MRI, CT-Scan and X-rays.
Do you examine children at your hospital?
Yes. A Family Physician and a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon are available for pediatric clinical services.
