    VACANCY: DIAGNOSTIC RADIOGRAPER

    SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    ⦁ Supervises the act of taking range of radiological services as requested by Physicians
    ⦁ Supervises the periodic update of inventory needed for the department and coordinates requisitions
    ⦁ Assists in evaluating clinical history and examination request
    ⦁ Prepares films for reporting and file diagnostic reports and requests
    ⦁ Processes film as per request for patients and doctors
    ⦁ Takes radiographs while calculating exposure factors, positioning and instructing patients
    ⦁ Assists in ensuring that information systems used within the department are kept updated
    ⦁ Supervises the timely compilation and submission of quarterly departmental report on activities of the department
    ⦁ Performs any other duties as assigned

    Health and Safety
    ⦁ Ensures maximum personal safety and that of others likely to be affected by actions or omissions
    ⦁ Applies principles of radiation protection to minimize exposure to patients, self and others.
    ⦁ Adheres to the health and safety policies, guidelines/protocols in the facility (eg. the use of personal protective clothing/equipment).
    ⦁ Be in charge of the maintaining a safe, clean, and pleasant working environment.

    Education & Qualifications
    ⦁ BSc. in Radiography
    ⦁ Minimum of two (2) years working experience
    ⦁ Evidence of Continuous Professional development

    Technical Knowledge
    ⦁ Ability to take x-rays and Scans
    ⦁ Possesses knowledge of principles of radiation physics, radiation interaction and radiation protection
    ⦁ Ability to read basic x-rays
    ⦁ Ability to write reports, policies and procedures

    Personality
    ⦁ Ability to organize workload and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
    ⦁ Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative.
    ⦁ Trustworthiness – ability to conduct self in a manner which elicits trust, respect and confidence
    ⦁ Strong Customer Relation skills
    ⦁ High level integrity
    ⦁ Good Computer skills.
    ⦁ Ability to initiate and maintain clear concise documentation

    VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

    SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES    

    • Responsible for screening all incoming applications and refer to Senior HR Officer for final approval
    • Periodically updates and maintains the Employee Data Sheet/Records with exits, additions, interns and service personnel
    • Coordinates the documentation on all training and development
    • Assists the Senior HR Officer to execute the performance management system
    • Update the training schedule with all completed training as and when needed
    • Ensures all employee folders are current
    • Responsible for updating Employee Master file
    • Tracks changes in employment status of employees and updates folder accordingly
    • Undertakes a fortnight review of records with the Senior HR Officer
    • Coordinates all pre-employment requirements for all new hires
    • Acts as the first contact for all employment inquiries
    • Supports in the orientation of new employees (Lower Level)
    • Maintains and periodically update HR Information in the H.I.S
    • Ensures compliance with the labor regulations, employment requirements and the hospital’s policies and procedures
    • Follows up with training design/facilitation and implementation to meet competency gap
    • Maintains records on performance and in-house training for appraisal purposes
    • Support the HR Office in all recruitment activities
    • Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
